WAYS OF SHIPPING PRODUCTS - PRICES
The prices listed on each product or service include VAT.
The net price, VAT, any charges and the final price are described in the last step of the order. Our company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any change in price will not affect any orders that have already been placed, unless the change in price is due to a change in the VAT rate.
BASIC COMMERCIAL TERMS

SHIPPING OR RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS IN GREECE
The packaging process of your product / products will start from the day of confirmation of your payment or the date of completion of your order (in case of non-electronic payment).
For orders up to 49.99 euros the shipping cost is borne by the recipient and is calculated at the final price. For orders from 50 euros and over the recipient is not charged shipping costs.

With courier transport company for all of Greece at a cost of 5 euros (for orders less than 50 euros). The products are shipped in 2-7 working days from the day of the order.
The products can be sent with the ELTA service for collection at the nearest post office (according to the place you have indicated to us) at a cost of 4 euros (for orders less than 50 euros). The products are shipped in 2-5 working days from the day of the order. In case of cash on delivery (for orders that can not be delivered with vehicles of our company) there is an additional charge of 2 euros.
Free take away from the headquarters of our company in Peristeri, after notification you will receive by sms or e-mail, and reception hours from 12:00 to 18:00. For orders placed before 11:00 there is the possibility of receipt on the same day.
In case a product is not available we will inform you by e-mail or by phone about the progress of your order. In case one of the products is not immediately available, the waiting time cannot be calculated accurately.
Deliveries are made on working days, between Monday and Friday.
Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order. In case of any disagreement regarding the analysis of the order, please contact us immediately.
ATTENTION: Due to the pandemic and the overcrowding of parcels in courier companies there is a possibility of delay in receiving your order. Our company cannot know the magnitude of this delay. On the contrary, for orders sent with company vehicles within the Attica region (see areas above), there are no relevant delays and the above descriptions apply. Receipts from the headquarters of our company in Peristeri are shaped according to the restrictions of the lock-down, in accordance with the laws set by the Greek Government.
SHIPPING ABROAD
Currently no orders are delivered abroad.
DELIVERY TIME LIMITED PRODUCT DELIVERY
In no case will the delivery time exceed thirty (30) days from the time of receipt of your order.
MORE VIOLENCE
Our company does not bear any responsibility in case the impossibility of delivery of products in the predetermined delivery time is due to reasons of force majeure. Our company will inform you, via e-mail or by phone, of any delays due to force majeure.

PRODUCT RETURN - WITHDRAWAL
In case you have not received the products within thirty (30) days from the place of your order, you have the right to withdraw.
Also, in the effort to meet the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from our store and in compliance with applicable law, we are entitled to unjustified withdrawal with full refund or exchange within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery of products based on the receipt documents, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product is returned in the original condition received by the customer and is suitable for sale, as long as it was not defective from the beginning.
If the above conditions are met, you are free to return the products to our company for replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The customer is always responsible for sending the products to our company. Returned products must be sent to us without delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you told us you are withdrawing from this contract.

However, in the event that there is no product defect or any error on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the return costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
Your refunds will be made within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal and returning the products to us. We have the right to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged for such a refund.
